RETURN POLICY Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 10 days of shipment date. A credit will be issued, provided that the jewelry HAS NOT BEEN WORN OR ALTERED. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All special and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.
Merchandise must be returned with RA number. Please contact GABCOSDESIGNS@AOL.COM. We will not accept any returns without an authorized RA number. Once you receive your RA number, securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, mark the RA number on the outside of your box, and send it back to us using an insured service. Please insure return packages for the retail value of the jewelry. If using USPS, packages must have delivery confirmation to enable detailed tracking information. If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the right to refuse your return. GAB+COS DESIGNS is not responsible for return items lost in the mail.
